The right to use the Telecommunication Services provided by INDOMEDIA BROADBAND as described in the relevant agreement. |

| 2. |
Obtain stable, reliable and continuous services in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. |
 |
| 3. |
Provide the required equipments and licenses on its own expense, other than the ones provided by INDOMEDIA BROADBAND. |
 |
| 4. |
Responsible for any damage to the Telecommunication Services owned by INDOMEDIA BROADBAND caused by the negligence or willful acts performed by the officers, employees, agents or contractors of CUSTOMER. |
 |
| 5. |
Responsible for any losses due to thefts or destruction against the Telecommunication Services provided by INDOMEDIA BROADBAND. |
 |
| 6. |
Responsible for any impairment to the Telecommunication Services caused by the equipment or supplies provided by CUSTOMER. |
 |
| 7. |
Pay relevant charges for the Telecommunication Services provided by INDOMEDIA BROADBAND in the amount and method of payment as described in the relevant Agreement. |
 |
| 8. |
Responsible for any additional official charges including taxes and other charges that are applicable according to Government Regulations issued after the relevant Agreement is signed. |
 |
| 9. |
Comply with the regulations of the local access providers despite purchase of such services by CUSTOMER are done through INDOMEDIA BROADBAND. |
 |
| 10. |
Not performing any acts that are against with the relevant agreement and/or fraud that cause deviation in the services so that it is no longer consistent with the licenses owned as well as causing a loss to INDOMEDIA BROADBAND and/or third party. |
 |
| 11. |
Fully responsible against the secrecy of the CUSTOMER's user id information along with any corresponding passwords. CUSTOMER also fully responsible against any usage of CUSTOMER's user id in relation with the use of the telecommunication services provided by INDOMEDIA BROADBAND such as but not limited to login using the user id, performing any internet transactions and other relevant action. |

Fully responsible to the sending, receiving and spreading any information, data and/or files in any form using the telecommunication service. |
 |
| 13. |
Not submitting any false or untrue information during CUSTOMER registration. |
 |
| 14. |
Not performing any acts that directly or indirectly can create danger to other INDOMEDIA BROADBAND customers or business partners or other third party. |
 |
| 15. |
Not performing any acts that are against the law in any corresponding countries. |
 |
| 16. |
Not using the telecommunication services to communicate or distribute in any form things that are against any law, slander, rude, brutal, threat, underestimate other, vulgar, pornography, sexual related act, other material that exploit or endanger children, racism, create religion disharmony, contain act that can be categorized to criminal activities, encourage the usage of illegal drugs. |

| 17. |
Not to use the telecommunication services to impersonate as other people or other third party or as INDOMEDIA BROADBAND officers. |
 |
| 18. |
Not to use other user's user id (unless with the permission of the corresponding user in advance). |
 |
| 19. |
Not using the telecommunication services to communicate or distribute information, attachment in any form or URL link that might create hacking activity, phising, spreading virus, illegal access, criminal activities or other system destruction activity against any system. |
 |
| 20. |
Not using the telecommunication services directly or indirectly to attack other system in the form of hacking, flooding, Denial of Service (DoS), Distributed DoS or other intrusion, disturbance or attacking activity to other system. |
 |
| 21. |
Not using the telecommunication services to communicate or distribute information related to chain mail, spamming, phising or other huge volume of messages sending in any form or for any contents or for other illegal activities that are unwanted by the message recipient. |
 |
| 22. |
Not using the telecommunication services to communicate or distribute information in any form that related to act of copyright infringement or act of piracy or export control violation. |
 |
| 23. |
Not to steal or collecting in any way other users data for any purpose. |
 |
| 24. |
To obey all procedures, rules, regulations, or other arrangement in any network, newsgroup, website or other computer system that is being accessed through the telecommunication services. |
 |
| 25. |
To create the appropriate backup of file and/or data and/or information that CUSTOMER might want to use along with the telecommunication services. |
 |
| 26. |
The entire equipments, information, data as well as intellectual property rights owned by each party (INDOMEDIA BROADBAND and CUSTOMER) that are used or related in provisioning of the obligations within the relevant Agreement, remain the property and ownership of the respective Parties. |
 |
| 27. |
INDOMEDIA BROADBAND shall be indemnified from any losses arising from the following:

| a. |
Any negligence or ignorance performed by the officers, employees, agents or contractors of CUSTOMER arising from or caused by the construction, installation, maintenance, use or relocation of the system, channel and terminal equipment, or software not originating and originating from INDOMEDIA BROADBAND , connected to or to be connected to INDOMEDIA BROADBAND's Telecommunication Services, causing any claims and demands for damages for losses, damaged of properties, injuries or deaths of persons, including any payments to be made in accordance with Employment Insurance Laws or any payment programs in respects of personal injuries or deaths. |

| b. |
Claims on any slanders, defamation against one person, infringement of copyrights, and performing violation and/or alterations against personnel data or informational data, as well as data or messages sent through the Telecommunication Services. |
 |
| c. |
Claims on breach infringement of patents and other violation of intellectual property rights, and other such cases arising from the use of equipment, software, and system not originating from INDOMEDIA BROADBAND and/or committed by third party in connection with the Telecommunication Services. |
 |
| d. |
INDOMEDIA BROADBAND shall not be responsible for the quality of the services in respect to the equipment and devices owned and used by CUSTOMER and relating to incompatibility of the use of service and/or any trouble arising from any third party. |
 |
| e. |
INDOMEDIA BROADBAND shall not warrant and be responsible for the accuracy and quality of the materials owned by CUSTOMER or Third Party in respect of the utilization of the Telecommunication Services. |
 |
| f. |
INDOMEDIA BROADBAND shall not be responsible for any kind of material losses and/or damage caused by CUSTOMER or Third Party when using the Telecommunication Services. |
 |
| g. |
INDOMEDIA BROADBAND shall be indemnified and held harmless against any prosecution for any event arising from the limitation of the Telecommunication Service usage. |
